After more than a decade of teaching elementary school, it was time for me to take a step back from being in the front of the classroom. I decided that with my knowledge of how people learn and what quality instruction looks like, I would make the jump into Instructional Design.

Currently, I help organizations to plan and develop learning experiences, based on how people learn best. Whether I'm creating an interactive eLearning course, instructor-led workshop, or job aids and infographics, my goal is to make learning enriching and effective.
